Hedley Duval – Director
Hedley leads DCP’s commercial fit out team with more than 20 years experience in the industry. Hedley is directly responsible for providing clients with superior leadership during new lease fit out and renovation of commercial projects. Hedley confidently manages each project to ensure timely completion, on budget delivery and a smooth process throughout.
After 15 successful years as Director of Ducom Pty Ltd, Sydney based Data and Communication company, Hedley realised there was a gap in the market for quality commercial fit out specialists. In the first year, Hedley quickly established DCP as a leader in the fit out industry and has continued to grow every year. Through repeat business, referrals and continued growth Hedley and his team offer a solution based service where he enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish. As a leader in the industry, Hedley has recognised gaps in the market place and implemented new strategies to find solutions for his client’s needs. This includes a finance based solution to assist his clients in financing fitouts.

Allie Duval – Director
A natural organiser, Allie manages day to day operations as well as the strategic growth of DCP. Having worked within the business for a number of years, Allie has enjoyed implementing new services including interior design and finance service options. Allie comes from a strong background in customer service and enjoys building business relationships based on trust, repeat business and a high standard of customer service.
Cameron Crispin – Design Director
Cameron loves to create places that are organic, believing that the things that work personally are the things that also work commercially.
He began his career as a furniture designer and maker, giving him a firm understanding of materials and construction techniques. Cameron builds trust with our clients by enthusiastic dialogue and an open ear. He enjoys collaborating with consultants, architects and craftsmen – desiring to learn and always willing to share his knowledge and creativity.
Cassandra Sasso – Design Director
Design needs to move you, inspire you, and challenge the way you think and interact with space. Cass began her career in the family architectural business which allowed her to gain a solid background in conceptual work and construction knowledge whilst expressing sound contemporary ideas. Completing her studies in Australia and Europe, she has continued to travel extensively with her career, working for leading international design firms and corporate clientele.
